Camlin Rail – Reconnecting at APTA’s TRANSform Expo

With more than 9,000 attendees and 700+ exhibitors, we were delighted to join the world’s most comprehensive public transportation showcase, APTA’s TRANSform Expo. It was a great opportunity to meet in person to reconnect and re-engage with the industry’s best, and to discover what’s new in transportation innovation.

Over 3 days, the Camlin Rail team exhibited the world’s first fully automated three-dimensional wayside pantograph inspection and monitoring system, the Pantobot 3D. As railways are getting busier and as more demands are placed on the infrastructure, there is a need to deploy automated tools to help drive operational performance. Our pantograph system, the Pantobot 3D, provides the railway operator with a unique and cost-effective tool set combined with advanced analytics, to improve operational decision making on train monitoring.
