Camlin Rail Attending InnoTrans 2022

Camlin Rail are delighted to be exhibiting at the world's largest trade fair focused on the rail transport industry, InnoTrans 2022, from the 20-23^rd September at the Messe Berlin. The event normally takes place every two years however COVID-19 unfortunately caused rescheduling, so we are very much looking forward to the opportunity of joining the industry’s best in Berlin once again.

Now in its thirteenth edition, InnoTrans is sub-divided into the five trade fair segments - Railway Technology, Railway Infrastructure, Public Transport, Interiors and Tunnel Construction. A particularly unique feature of InnoTrans is its outdoor and track display area, where everything from tank wagons to high-speed trains are displayed on 3500 metres of track. InnoTrans occupies all 42 halls available at Berlin Exhibition Grounds and we are looking forward to seeing the wide range of Rail innovation on offer.

During the previous event in 2018, InnoTrans had over 3000 exhibitors from 60 countries and over 150,000 trade visitors from 150 countries attended. This year, InnoTrans is set to exceed these numbers, hosting a diverse audience from manufacturers and suppliers of transport technology to engineers and geologists.

Exhibiting at Stand 690, Hall 25, Camlin Rail will be showcasing the world’s first fully automated three-dimensional wayside pantograph inspection and monitoring system, Pantobot 3D. Successfully deployed by rail operators across the globe with recent partnerships solidified in North America, we’re redefining pantograph monitoring by using advanced imaging and machine learning to assess pantograph condition safely, in real-time, and without the need to withdraw trains from service.
