Camlin Group Sponsors Menopause and Cancer CIC to Deliver First-of-its-Kind Support in Northern Ireland
Camlin Group has announced a new collaboration with Menopause and Cancer CIC to help deliver dedicated support for women in Northern Ireland experiencing induced menopause after cancer treatment, an area where access to tailored services remains limited.
Aligned with the company’s Camlin in the Community commitment, Camlin will fund the delivery of four Community Support Sessions, starting with two sessions in April and May 202,6 in Derry/Londonderry. The third and final sessions will be held later in the year.
These sessions aim to address the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges faced by cancer survivors during induced menopause. In return for the funded sessions, Menopause and Cancer CIC will equip Camlin Group’s People team with specialist content to help increase understanding of menopause after cancer across the workforce. The organisation will also deliver a virtual “Happy Hormones Webinar” to Camlin employees during Menopause Awareness Month, in October 2026.
Speaking about the partnership, Camlin Group CEO, Peter Cunningham said: “Through Camlin in the Community, we are committed to making a genuine difference where our support is most needed. We are proud to partner with Menopause and Cancer CIC to ensure people in our local communities, especially those who often go unheard, have access to the resources and understanding they deserve.”
Dani Binnington, Founder of Menopause and Cancer said: “I would like to thank Camlin Group for their generosity in funding our Community Support Sessions. These women, across Northern Ireland often face gaps in support, especially for conditions that fall between health and wellbeing services. Through this partnership, we want to ensure that women navigating induced menopause after cancer treatment have access to the understanding and specialist help they deserve.
“The initiative reflects a shared commitment to improving quality of life for those affected, while raising wider awareness of an underserved community.”
