We deliver a focused services and support program to our global network of customers and our goal is to ensure the success of your asset monitoring program.
When starting a journey with a customer we focus on 3 key principles:

We ensure each customer has a dedicated project manager, and their role is to ensure all aspects of your project are aligned to core business needs.
The first step is Project Management, we take your order and transform this into a tangible product, ensuring as a business we deliver customer expectations.
Meeting expectations is key. Our field co-ordination team will work with you to conduct site surveys and information gathering to ensure your on-site requirements are met, including custom product configuration and detailed planning and scheduling, in line with customer network commitments.
From order to integration
Our field co-ordination team will work with you to conduct site surveys and information including on-site specifics, logistics, transformer details and collect all relevant information for bespoke hardware
We will confirm all hardware has been received and provide detailed scheduling covering scope of work with our tech coordinator and field service engineer who will be attending the installation
Our team will work with you on installation and commissioning planning. Programs are built to fit your needs. We can train your teams to complete installations, or we can manage the entire program.
The Camlin aftersales team will reach out and check you are happy with the installation and commission service. We'll ensure the unit is performing and enquire on any additional actions or requests.
Our partnership with you does not end when the unit is installed. With the ever-changing energy sector, we are here to ensure that you have access to the latest improvements in asset monitoring technology. Our goal is to provide you with the tools you need to solve problems and access knowledge in real time about your assets.
Developed in partnership with our customers our support portal hosts a wealth of real-time information covering assets, work orders and technical support cases. Our customers can chat live with their dedicated Camlin Agent, get answers to questions in real time and access our knowledge centre for key learnings and information on best practice.
