Opportunities in the Camlin Distribution Partner Network

Today, Camlin continues this track record of innovation, developing innovative and intelligent monitoring products and services that help make electricity and rail networks safer, more efficient, resilient, and sustainable.

Camlin is UK-based with facilities and offices in 21 cities across 17 countries and a global distribution partner network which the company is now seeking to grow further. Central to this growth is a new Partner Success Program, established to assist in the successful onboarding and ongoing support of our partners.

Camlin Partner Development Manager Cliff Worley says, “Our partner network plays a big role in our growth strategy and we’ve put a lot of thought into how it’s structured and supported. With this in mind we’ve launched a Partner Success Program which brings a structured, standardized approach to the appointment, onboarding, training and support of distribution partners.”

At the core of the Partner Success Program are a Camlin Partner Development Manager and dedicated Regional Sales Managers, supported by:

  • Sales Support Team: helping to manage sales opportunities, acting as the focal point of communication between distribution partners and the wider company and processing orders and shipping.
  • Product Management Team: Providing assistance with complex technical issues and supporting with material on product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Marketing Team: supporting with the design and provision of sales and promotional literature, and working together with partners in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Field Services Team: offering installation & commissioning services, aftersales and warranty support and technical training.


Cliff says, “Being available for our partners is very important to us and individual contact with our people and teams plays a big part. But we’re also working hard to make it easier for partners to find and access information and tools themselves with the provision of a new Partner Info Hub.”

The Info Hub contains essential marketing and sales materials, technical & commercial product information, together with essential information and course guides from the Camlin Training Academy.
