AccessThe Camlin Global Services Department plays a vital role from product conception to product installation, and most importantly support and aftercare. We don’t simply fit, finish and forget, we are here to support you throughout your asset monitoring journey.
Our field co-ordination team will work with you to conduct site surveys and information including on-site specifics, logistics, transformer details and collect all relevant information for bespoke hardware
We will confirm all hardware has been received and provide detailed scheduling covering scope of work with our tech coordinator and field service engineer who will be attending the installation
As scheduled with your team, Camlin will complete installation and commissioning of your monitoring solution. All details will be logged and a service report sent to you for your records
The Camlin aftersales team will reach out and check you are happy with the installation and commission service. We'll ensure the unit is performing and enquire on any additional actions or requests
