Driving Your Performance
We’re enabling clients to achieve more with their networks. As your trusted partner we help you realise greater value from your equipment fleet, help support operational best practice, and deliver tangible cost savings.
As leading experts, we’ve been working with clients for more than two decades to drive network performance.
Our team works closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business, strategic goals and practical barriers. We undertake an in-depth analysis of network performance. This allows us to develop bespoke plans which outline tangible methods to achieve efficiency savings, drive performance, maximise customer satisfaction and unlock new sources of value from infrastructure; now and in the future.
We help clients achieve significantly greater value from their devices and services, with expert training on installation and usage. We also offer support on operational best practice to ensure your fleet – and your people – are being deployed effectively.
Our easy-to-use dashboards provide a forensic picture of the network, device behaviour and fault activity, this provides a top-down view of device utilisation, helping to support engineers in the field.
By optimising the performance of your network, we can help you achieve tangible cost savings and meet specific business objectives.
Working closely with field personnel, we develop operational best practices to ensure maximum value from your devices and drive optimum results in the field.
We provide enhanced visibility of smart devices on the network, ensuring that your equipment fleet is correctly installed and deployed efficiently.
Accessed via our customer portal, our easy-to-use dashboards help managers understand network performance and allocate resources strategically.
Our in-depth analysis of fault data captured on a UK DNO’s LV network triggered minor a change in the customer’s operational practices, generating savings of more than £1m per annum from their current fleet.
Analysis of fuse rupture patterns and intervals revealed that subsequent fuse ruptures were most likely to happen in the few days following the initial rupture. This indicated that the greatest value from Bidoyng reclosing devices would be obtained by fitting equipment within the first few days of the initial activity, and that successful execution of fault location was key to unlocking benefits around unplanned LV outages.
These findings have led to the customer modifying its previous equipment policy of installing Bidoyng after two ruptures within 30 days. Adoption of a proactive ‘first fuse’ policy has avoided an estimated 42% of repeat supply interruptions, contributing directly to significant operational savings and reduced disruption to customers.
